Held in the spacious Village Hall at Craignish, experience a 2 hour long sesh, allowing for a more immersive and deeper connection to your mind and body through sound. Craignish sessions also feature drone elements from the modular synth, enhancing the sound of more traditional therapeutic instruments.
A Sound Bath is a deeply immersive listening experience that intentionally uses sound to invite therapeutic and restorative effects to the mind and body. Listening to the sound of harmonic vibrations created by singing bowls, gongs, and chimes can be a meditative, peaceful, and restful experience, and help you into a relaxed state. By slowing down your brainwaves, we can access our mind when it’s at its most creative and problem-solving. Join me to explore where your mind might take you when you are at your most relaxed.
All you have to do is be comfortable and listen!
Please bring along a yoga mat or thick blanket to lie on, a throw or blanket (or duvet!) to cosy under, and a cushion or pillow for your head. The aim is to be comfortable! You may also like to bring along a water bottle, and perhaps an eye mask if you have one.

One of our members, Jerry, is turning 60 and when asked what he wanted to do for his birthday, he said he wanted to take his new 6 seater van to Scotland, with wives in tow*, and perhaps play a few shows while we’re there. So, that’s what we’ve arranged! The prices have been kept low as we’re only looking to cover costs, and make the old man happy with plenty of people able to come along!
There will be a group workshop, interval and performance at each venue.
Start time – 7pm. Workshop 7-8pm. Concert 8.30pm.
Tickets £12 for workshop and concert, or £6 for concert only.
We look forward to travelling north of the border and having some fun! (The border is only 10 miles away, so we’ve not got too far to go!)
*To be clear, he doesn’t have multiple wives.
