Shamanic Trance Dance

in Craignish Village Hall.

A safely held space in which to release, receive and Integrate through drumming, dance, music and sound.
Dancing with our intentions in the dark, free from distraction and self-consciousness, we let go of the everyday world and our thoughts and interruptions.
We are guided through the dance with music, rhythm and shamanic drumming to go deep within to release and receive.
There is no need to book- simply turn up on the day and dance!
Pay on the door: £12/ £7 – or pay what you are able.
Please note this is a sober space and not suitable for under 18s
